Are you a lecturer, instructor or a student of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of University of Sri Jayewardenepura?

If Yes, Of course you have an O365 account already or else you can apply one.

How can I access my O365 account?

You can access your O365 account using your faculty email address. If you have an O365 account, you have a faculty email address associated with it.

All the academic staff and students of faculty of humanities and social sciences already have O365 accounts. The email address format is,

your-email-id@fhss.sjp.ac.lk

Lecturers

This email ID is same as your university email ID.

Students

Student email ID start with his/her AR number.

If you are a student from the 2019/2020 batch and your AR number is AR12345,

○ Your email ID is ar12345
○ Your faculty email address is ar12345@fhss.sjp.ac.lk

If you are not a student from the 2019/2020 batch and your AR number is AR12345,

○ Your email ID is 12345
○ Your faculty email address is 12345@fhss.sjp.ac.lk

Use the below button to access the Office 365 (O365) sign-in page. Then use your official faculty email and credentials to sign in.

How do I get a Faculty Email with an O365 account?

First of all, you need check if you already have an account using the below tool.

Lecturers

Please use your email ID of your official university email (@sjp.ac.lk) as the input of the below tool.

Students

Please use your AR number as the input of the below tool.

What should I do if I do not remember my O365 account password?

You can reset your password by using the Microsoft Self Password Reset feature. Please refer this guideline to learn how to change your password.

I cannot remember my password to enable the Self Password Reset option

First, try and see if your email address exists in our database. You can simply do that by using the above Validation tool.

If you see a failed message once you validate your email address, you can request an account using the given "Request a new Office 365 Account" button. Otherwise, you can contact CDEPD using the email or the contact form on the contact page.

Please note that your new account request will be ignored if you already have an account. Use the above validation tool before sending a request.
